The Health and Welfare committee is a jointly trusteed committee that consists of 3 members from the Windsor Electrical Contractor Association and 3 members from Local 773. This committee oversees the operation of the medical plan which provides health benefits for the members of Local 773 and it's signature contractors. These benefits include an accident and sickness allowance, dental coverage, precripion drug plan, eye glass plan, semi-private hospital coverage, etc... See below for the Medical Committee.

The Pension Plan of Local 773 is a Government Registered Defined Benefit Plan. See below for the Pension Committee.

Vacation Pay is currently 10% of a member's gross income and is added into each weeks pay cheque then taxed, deducted and remitted to the Union Hall where it is given out to the Members of Local 773 twice a year.
